Return of a product within 14 days of receipt and Refund

You can return a product by exercising the right of withdrawal without giving any reasons, within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Send a communication to info@diversapiercing.com indicating the reference order. You will receive a return authorization which must be sent by courier to the following address:

The costs of return to our base will be charged to the Costumer.

After accepting the returned good and verifying its pristine conditions (with the presence of its original box) the amount will be refunded, with the same payment method used for the order.

In the case of returns of products in which signs of use are found, will be retained as a recovery Eur 20.

Faulty Products

A product, classified “defective”, can be returned by the Customer only after prior written agreement by the latter. The product, after the source of the issue verification, will be repaired free of charge. In the event of a problem arising from incorrect use of the product by the Customer, will be sent a repair quote.

The costs of return to our base will be charged to the Customer.
